Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of every order — no extra fees at checkout. Delivery takes 8–10 business days within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Yes — shipping is included in the price of every CradlePetss product. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout. No shipping fees, no surprises.

We believe pet care should be straightforward. That means no thresholds to hit, no codes to enter, and no extra charges added at the last step.

Shipping included on every order

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap for later this year — join our VIP Club to be the first to know when it launches.

If you're outside the US and really want our products, reach out to us — we'll see what we can do.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Click the link to track your package in real time.

You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address at any time.

We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged packaging and/or product

We'll ship a replacement at no charge within 1–2 business days. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Orders

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, our warehouse begins processing and we can no longer make changes.

Contact us immediately with your order number if you need to make a change. If we can't catch it in time, you can return the item once delivered — shipping is on us.

Email us at cradlepetss@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes must be made before your order ships.

Once shipped, we're unable to reroute your package and will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

First, check your tracking link (sent via email when your order shipped). Carriers occasionally scan packages as "delivered" 1–2 days early, or leave packages with a neighbor.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received anything, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate and make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.

Please note: hygiene and grooming products (bath gloves, paw cleaners, nail trimmers, litter mats, etc.) cannot be returned once opened or used, for health and safety reasons. Damaged or defective items are always covered — we'll replace them or refund you in full. See our full Returns & Refunds page for complete conditions.

30-day return window — unused items only

Starting a return is easy — just email us at cradlepetss@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful!)

We'll send you a prepaid return label (for defective items) or return instructions within 1 business day.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. After that, your bank or card issuer typically takes 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Total timeline is usually 5–7 business days from the day we receive the return.

Yes! We offer exchanges for any CradlePetss product of equal or different value within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference. Easy.

All CradlePetss products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails under normal use, we'll replace it at no charge — no return necessary.

Send us a photo or short video of the issue and your order number and we'll get a replacement out within 1–2 business days.

Yes. Every CradlePetss product is reviewed and approved by certified veterinarians before we sell it. We use only BPA-free, non-toxic, food-grade materials — safe even if your pet decides to taste-test the grooming glove.

If your pet has a known sensitivity or allergy, reach out to us with the specific product you're considering and we'll advise.

We choose materials based on three criteria: pet safety, durability, and ease of cleaning. Here's what you'll find in our products:

  • Food-grade silicone — used in grooming gloves and bath accessories
  • BPA-free ABS plastic — used in Paw Cleaner and nail trimmers
  • Stainless steel (grade 304) — used in all cutting blades
  • EVA foam — used in the Cat Litter Mat for comfort and waterproofing

Most CradlePetss tools are incredibly easy to clean:

  • Grooming Gloves — rinse under warm water, peel off hair, air dry
  • Paw Cleaner — empty, rinse with warm soapy water, air dry
  • Nail Trimmer — wipe the blade with a damp cloth, apply a tiny drop of mineral oil monthly
  • Cat Litter Mat — shake out, rinse with hose or in shower, lay flat to dry

Most parts are top-rack dishwasher safe. Check each product page for specific care instructions.

Yes! We have a professional and wholesale pricing program for licensed groomers, veterinary clinics, and pet boutiques. Discounts start at 20% off for orders of 10+ units and scale up from there.

Contact us with your business name, location, and the products you're interested in. We typically respond within 1 business day with a custom quote.

Our grooming tools are built to last 3–5 years with regular use and proper care. All products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Silicone gloves typically last 2+ years. Nail trimmer blades can be replaced independently so the handle lasts indefinitely. We'll always stock replacement parts.

Compatibility

Yes! Our Pet Bath Gloves are designed to work on both cats and dogs. The silicone nubs are gentle enough for cats (even sensitive ones) and effective on dog coats from short to medium length.

For dogs with very thick or long coats, we recommend using the gloves during bath time for best results — the water helps the nubs work through the fur.

Works on cats & dogs

Our products are designed to work across a wide range of sizes:

  • Dogs: from toy breeds (Chihuahua, Pomeranian) to large breeds (Labrador, German Shepherd)
  • Cats: all domestic cat breeds, including Maine Coons and large breeds

Each product page lists specific size recommendations. If you have an extra-large breed (over 80 lbs), check with us first on the Paw Cleaner — we want to make sure the basin fits.

Yes, the Dog Paw Cleaner fits most large breeds. The wide-mouth basin accommodates paws up to 4 inches wide, which covers Labs, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, and similar breeds.

For giant breeds (Great Danes, Saint Bernards), the standard cleaner may be tight. We're working on an XL version — join our email list to be notified when it's available.

Yes, with one note: for very young pets (under 12 weeks), use the small blade setting and take extra care. Kitten and puppy nails are translucent and thin, which makes it easier to see the quick but also means less force is needed.

We recommend getting your vet to demonstrate the first trim if you've never done it before. Our nail trimmer includes a safety guard to prevent cutting too deep.
