Common Tracking Questions

Your order number starts with a # and is in your order confirmation email (sent when you placed the order). It's also visible in your CradlePets account under "Orders" if you created an account at checkout.

Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered 1–2 days before it actually arrives, or leave it with a neighbor or building manager. Check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's been 2 business days and still nothing, contact us — we'll make it right.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on weekdays are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

Check your spam or junk folder first — shipping emails sometimes end up there. If your order was placed more than 2 business days ago and there's still no confirmation, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
